Service Description

Keynote Speaking – Inspiring talks on health & wellness, entrepreneurship, creativity, and resilience. Panel Moderation – Leading discussions that are engaging, informative, and audience-centered. Podcast & Talk Show Hosting – Professional on-camera and on-mic hosting with a warm, relatable style. Event Hosting & MC Services – Conferences, festivals, live shows, and corporate functions.


Cancellation Policy

With Malika E. Frazier, professionalism, preparation, and positive energy are at the heart of every appearance. To ensure a smooth experience for clients and audiences, please review the following policies before booking. 1. Booking & Availability All requests for speaking, hosting, or guest appearances must be made in advance through the official booking form or email. Availability is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the agreement and deposit are received. 2. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the event (prior to start time). Payments may be made via [list accepted payment methods]. 3. Event Details & Preparation Clients must provide event details (location, schedule, audience type, special requests) at least 7 days prior to the event. If applicable, scripts, talking points, or run-of-show documents should be shared in advance. Travel and lodging accommodations (if required) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon. 4. Professional Standards Punctuality and professionalism are a top priority — I will arrive on time and fully prepared. Attire will be coordinated with the client to align with event expectations. As the speaker/host/guest, I will respect all audience members and maintain a positive, engaging presence throughout the event. 5. Media & Recording Clients may record or photograph appearances with prior approval. Any official use of recordings (broadcast, streaming, marketing, etc.) must be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Behind-the-scenes (BTS) content may be shared on my platforms only after the client’s project or event has been publicly released, unless otherwise approved. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling If a client cancels with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Events may be rescheduled at no additional cost if notice is given at least 7 days in advance and a new date is mutually agreed upon. In the rare case that I must cancel due to emergency, deposits will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date. 7. Client Responsibilities Ensure the event space is properly equipped (sound, stage, lighting, etc.) unless otherwise arranged. Provide a main point of contact for day-of coordination. Communicate any changes to the schedule as soon as possible.
