Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Policy Consultations are free of charge and designed to discuss your goals, design vision, and project needs before booking. The consultation ensures both client and designer are aligned on expectations, timeline, and deliverables. Consultations may be held virtually or by phone after the inquiry form is completed. 2. Payment Terms A 100% upfront payment is required before any web design work begins. Once payment and all required materials (text, photos, logos, etc.) are received, your project officially enters the design queue. Payments can be made via PayPal (malikaefrazier@gmail.com ) or Zelle (678) 698-3797. Payments are non-refundable once design work has started, due to the custom nature of services. 3. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days from the date the full payment and all required content are received. Delays in submitting materials will result in a delayed completion date. 4. Revisions Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional edits after the second round will be billed at an hourly rate. Revisions must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your site preview. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all necessary materials before the project begins, including text, images, logos, and brand details. Please double-check all spelling, grammar, and content accuracy before submission. Malika E. Web Design is not responsible for errors or inaccurate information provided by the client. 6. Refund & Cancellation Policy All payments are non-refundable once design work has started. If a project is canceled by the client before design begins, a 50% credit may be applied toward a future service. If canceled by Malika E. Web Design, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. 7. Website Launch & Maintenance Websites are launched or transferred after full payment and final approval. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or management are available for an additional monthly fee upon request. 8. Communication All communication related to your project should be handled through email or a shared client portal to maintain clarity and record-keeping. 9. Agreement By paying your invoice, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed in this policy.
