Who Am I?

I'm Malika E. Frazier — a multi-passionate creative and healer with a deep-rooted mission to serve others through wellness, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Before I ever called this work coaching, healing, or wellness… I was simply paying attention.

I’ve always had the ability to read between the lines. To feel what wasn’t being said. To see where people were disconnected from themselves, even when everything on the outside looked fine.

But my path didn’t begin here.

I started in production and creative spaces, where I learned how to build, shape, and bring ideas to life. I understood timing, energy, presence, and how every detail contributes to the overall experience. On the surface, it looked like I was creating for audiences. In reality, I was learning how people respond, how they hide, and how they express what they don’t always have words for.

And at the same time, I was navigating my own internal shifts.

There were moments where I felt disconnected. Moments where I questioned my direction, my voice, and my decisions. I knew what it looked like to function and still feel off. To keep moving while something deeper needed attention.

That awareness changed everything.

I stopped looking outside for answers and started listening inward. Not in a rushed or performative way, but in a real, honest, sometimes uncomfortable way. I began to understand that clarity doesn’t come from forcing it. It comes from creating space to hear yourself again.

That became the foundation of my work.

What I offer now is not something I learned overnight. It’s something I lived, refined, and embodied over time.

Through mindset coaching, emotional reset work, and self-trust practices, I guide people back to themselves. Not through pressure or rigid systems, but through awareness, honesty, and grounded support.

And my work doesn’t stop there.

My Nana’s Herbs was born from a desire to return to natural, intentional care. It’s a reflection of what I value. Simplicity. Alignment. Supporting the body in a way that feels rooted and real.

Minding Mine Apparel is another extension of that truth. It represents boundaries, presence, and self-respect. It’s not just clothing. It’s a quiet statement of identity for those who choose to move with intention.

Everything I create is connected.

Mind. Body. Expression.

Nothing is random. Nothing is separate.

With a background in comedy, film production, and wellness education, I use my God-given gifts to inspire, uplift, and bring healing—whether on stage, on set, or through a vitamin bottle or T-shirt message.
